Sites & multi-location

Organisations with more than one workshop location use Settings → Sites to list branches, switch working context, or archive locations that are no longer active. One TreadOS company can contain several sites that should stay clearly separated in day-to-day work.

Working in the right site

Switching site context changes which jobs, vehicles, and schedules you are mainly working against. Always confirm the site name in the navigation area before making data changes, especially when staff move between yards during the day.

• Create a site for each physical workshop that needs its own schedule, stock context, or alignment machines.
• Assign staff to the sites they should use under Users.
• Archive a site only when it should no longer receive new work. Historical reporting often still depends on old site data remaining readable.

Plans and site count

Multi-site capability depends on your TreadOS subscription. Moving between single-site and multi-site plans may ask you to consolidate or restore sites — see Subscription & billing.
