Sites & multi-location

Organisations with more than one workshop site use Sites settings to list locations, switch context, or archive old sites. This matters when one tenant contains multiple operational locations that should stay clearly separated in daily use.

Switching site context changes which vehicles and jobs you are working against. Always confirm the site name in the navigation area before making data changes, especially if staff move between sites during the day.

Archive old sites only when you are confident they should no longer be used operationally. Historical reporting often still depends on old site data remaining readable.
