Creating and managing work requests for your fleet.

Work requests let you describe upcoming needs, such as a vehicle due for service or a suspected tyre issue, without waiting on the phone. They give the workshop something structured to triage instead of relying on a loose message.

  • Create a request, choose the vehicle, and add plain-language notes about what you need.
  • Watch for workshop replies. A navigation indicator may show when there is an update waiting.
  • Close the request when you are satisfied or when the issue has moved into the normal workshop schedule.

When to use it

Use work requests for operational coordination, non-urgent issues, and service conversations that benefit from written context. For urgent safety matters, direct contact with the workshop is still the right move.
