What the customer portal is for and how access works.
The customer portal is for fleet managers and other authorised customer staff. It mirrors what the workshop chooses to expose: vehicles, documents, approvals, exports, and messaging.
- Sign in with the email address the workshop invited. If the same email exists at multiple workshops, you pick the organisation name you recognise.
- Navigation stays intentionally simple: fleet, optional quotes and invoices, work requests, reports, and display preferences.
What the portal is for
The portal is designed to reduce friction between workshop and customer. Instead of asking customers to call for every document or approval, the workshop can publish the right information into a secure customer-facing area.
If you cannot sign in, use Forgot password or ask the workshop to resend an invitation. If you cannot see a section you expected, it often means the workshop has not enabled that type of visibility for your user.
