Plans, payment method, and what happens when billing needs attention.
Subscription & billing is where account owners manage the TreadOS plan, payment method, and billing portal provided by the payment processor. This page is about your relationship with TreadOS as a service, not the invoices you send to your own customers.
- If a subscription needs attention, the app may limit screens until billing is resolved. You can still reach this page so the account can be brought current.
- Trials, upgrades, and packaged plan changes follow the plan structure enabled for your organisation.
Who should manage it
Usually this page belongs to the owner, director, or finance administrator rather than front-line workshop staff. Changes here can affect access to features across the whole tenant.
If billing is overdue or a payment method expires, resolve it here first. The rest of the application may not behave normally until the account is back in good standing.
