Tenant settings versus customer-level access

Tenant settings decide the broad shape of portal behaviour. Individual portal users are still attached to specific customer accounts. In other words, this page sets the rules, while each customer record decides who actually gets in.

Enable access per customer account, send invites, and reset credentials from the customer’s portal tab rather than trying to manage specific customer users globally.
